In 2005 I had a dream which is now an international reality. At beginning I was alone now we are in 19 countries sharing experiences anD dreams. Eurogems is a bridge between cultures.

Eurogems is a no profit organization born in Italy in 2005
from the idea of 5 young teacher and social trainers to provide the civil
society with the opportunity to take part to European Funded Project in order to decrease distances and cultural divide while enhancing local traditions, competences and people’s personal characteristics. We work in collaboration with several primary and secondary schools, public institutions and universities. Teachers, social trainers and adults collaborate with us. Everybody share the same aims and the same attitudes. In 2010 Eurogems has started two important branches: "Eurogems Lithuania" and "Eurokalliskivid MTÜ" in Estonia. In 2011 were founded "Nuepi" in Portugal, "Nordic Gems" in Norway and "International Education Center Gems" in Czech Republic. In 2012 "Eurogems Argentina" in Rosario Argentina and "G.E.A. Gems Educación Andalucía" in Spain. At the end of 2013 the latest branch "Association Asmon d'Echange Culturel et des Entreprises Sociales" in Morocco, association which aims the preservation of Berber Culture. All these organizations can work individually
or creating networks aiming to give more possibilities for people all around Europe and overseas countries.
Eurogems is member of Anna Lindh Foundation and Council of Europe (CoE). Its aims are to manage activities in which
youngsters and adults can meet themselves, know each other and socialize for civil society empowerment.

Eurogems è un'organizzazione di cooperazione internazionale no-profit nata nel 2005 con l'idea di dare la possibilità alla società civile in genere di partecipare ai Programmi Comunitari al fine di ridurre le distanze e rivalità culturali, valorizzando le tradizioni, competenze, particolarità di ogni singolo individuo. Nelle nostre attività ci avvaliamo della collaborazione di formatori, educatori ed insegnanti, e cooperiamo con molte scuole, istituzioni pubbliche ed università. Collaboriamo ed organizziamo attività dove la società civile possa incontrarsi, conoscersi e socializzare, favorendo attività integrate all’insegnamento, consulenze, attività educative, attività mirate all’integrazione attiva di ragazzi stranieri di altre culture e di ragazzi con abilità differenti. Organizziamo e coordiniamo servizi e strutture che abbiano il compito di innalzare la qualità della vita, delle relazioni interpersonali, del tempo libero, del turismo sociale, e di promuovere in ogni campo pubblico e privato interventi formativi e pedagogici. In ambito internazionale siamo membri di importanti istituzioni ed organizzazioni tra le quali il Consiglio di Europa EFY ed Anna Lindh Foundation, fondazione che coinvolge 27 stati Europei più 12 del bacino del mediterraneo AREA EUROMED, nonché del Programma Duke of Award, fondazione che lavora in tutto il mondo.
